The kids got to search for the perfect pumpkin and then cut it right off the vine. It was awesome! 
They also had cornstalks for my front porch, which made me very happy because I couldn't find them anywhere! I had even been out stalking the local corn fields and was ready to commit a crime to get my corn stalks...:). Mark doesn't quite understand my love of cornstalks, but was a good sport about stuffing them in the car. The girls loved the ride home!

Hey...we go to the same pumpkin patch every year and have for about 5 years now! I love it! And I got cornstalks there too! I tried to find straw bales too...but everywhere was asking WAY too much for them! Maybe next year!
